California Licensed Industrial Hygienist

A company is looking for an Industrial Hygienist to integrate EHS expertise into biomanufacturing technology transfer initiatives in Oceanside, CA. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and mitigate Safety, Health, and Environmental risks related to product and process transfers Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments for technical transfers and recommend engineering controls Develop and deliver training on hazard awareness and ensure compliance with safety regulationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or relevant scientific field In-depth knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene regulations and standards Experience in risk assessment, exposure monitoring, and developing control solutions Proven ability to evaluate complex chemical processes for hazard identification Hands-on experience in manufacturing or biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry is preferred
