This role combines executive-level administrative support with hands-on involvement in real estate transactions, offering a dynamic opportunity for someone experienced in both legal and operational environments.Why should you take this job?Reputable law firm that has been in business for 50 yearsStrong ties to Westchester and Fairfield CountyThey have built their reputation on ingenuity, thoughtfulness and insightThe firm focuses on multiple types of law including: Corporate Law, Energy & Environment Law, Finance, Land Use, Zoning & Development, Litigation, Non-Profit Orgs, Real Estate Law, Telecommunications, Trusts, Estates & Elder Law, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsPrepare, edit, and format correspondence, presentations, and legal documentsManage communications, including screening calls, responding to emails, and handling client inquiriesCoordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and materialsMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactionsAssist attorneys with all aspects of commercial and/or residential real estate transactionsPrepare and review transaction documents, including purchase agreements, closing statements, leases, and amendmentsCoordinate due diligence processes, including title review, surveys, and zoning documentationTrack critical dates and deadlines for transactions and ensure timely completion of tasksLiaise with clients, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders involved in transactionsDraft and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondenceConduct basic legal and property research as neededOrganize and maintain case files and transaction records (physical and electronic)Assist with closings, including document preparation and execution coordinationEnsure compliance with legal procedures and firm standardsQualifications10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in a law firm or legal environmentExperience supporting real estate transactions strongly preferredParalegal certificate or relevant experience equivalent preferredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Familiarity with legal document management systems and real estate transaction processes#LI-TM2 #LI-Onsite #INJUN2026
