Associate Attorney

We’re seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with strong settlement experience to join our NYC team. You’ll handle a personal injury caseload from intake through resolution and play a key role in negotiating favorable settlements for clients.Responsibilities:Manage PI cases (MVA, premises, negligence)Lead settlement negotiations with carriersDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement docsCommunicate with clients and prepare for ADRCollaborate with team to move cases efficientlyQualifications:Active NY Bar (required)CT/NJ admission a strong plus2–5+ years PI experience (settlement‑focused)Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsCompensation & Benefits:Salary up to $120,000 + bonuses (5% on settled cases, 50% on originated cases)Hybrid schedule (2 days remote)Full benefits packageGrowth opportunities within a supportive team
