Practice Success Manager
Job Descriptions:Create 30/60/90 marketing launch plans and event support.Advising customers on marketing activities that should be implementing in their business in order to bring in new and existing clientele.Assist accounts with planning and executing Open House events, including possibly bus tour events.Obtaining physician and patient testimonial videos.Train our accounts with: front office staff training, before & after photography training, social media training, phone and consultation training.Communicating promptly with accounts via in person marketing meeting, phone calls, email etc.Reviewing utilization reports with accounts to assure marketing strategy is tailored accordingly.Connecting accounts with outside companies to assist with fulfilling their marketing gaps to ensure their success.Advise and sign up accounts for our local aesthetic programs.Monitor, analyze and report on metrics in weekly KPI/Goal sheets and in Salesforce Tasks tabs to ensuring customer and business objectives are met.Job Requirements:Bachelor degreeKnowledge of sales theoryKnowledge of the aesthetic equipment market is welcome, but not required!Experience in direct sales of premium products from 5 years. Experience in sales of medical equipment and the presence of its own customer base are welcomePresentable appearance, knowledge of the norms of business communication, etiquette, high customer focus, goodwillSkills of conducting business correspondence, competent oral and written speechPresentation and public speaking skillsPC proficiency at the user level and good knowledge of office suites (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Personal qualities: communication skills, skills to build long-term relationships with clients, energy, organization, ability to work in a team, result-orientedKnowledge of regulatory documents and document management in a commercial structureWillingness to travelAvailability of driving license category "B"Knowledge of English (Upper Intermediate and above)Higher education (medical is welcome)Ability to use a personal car
