This is an opportunity to develop people, improve processes, and drive performance while working with advanced packaging and converting technology.Our 82,000-square-foot Spartanburg facility specializes in innovative packaging solutions for the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer packaged goods, and retail industries. The plant features sheetfed offset, narrow-web flexographic, die-cutting, and folder/gluer equipment in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment.Shift: Monday–Friday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m.Compensation: Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualificationsRelocation: Paid relocation assistance available for qualified candidatesWhat You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of production employeesDrive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time performanceManage daily production priorities, staffing, equipment, and workflowIdentify and resolve production issues to minimize downtimePartner with maintenance, quality, and other teams to improve plant performanceDrive continuous improvement and waste-reduction initiativesBuild an engaged, accountable, and high-performing teamWhat We're Looking For3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experiencePackaging, printing, converting, or folding-carton manufacturing experience requiredExperience with die cutting, folder/gluer, sheetfed press, flexographic printing, or similar packaging operations strongly preferredStrong leadership, coaching, and employee-development skillsSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, quality, and production workflowsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsLean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience preferredAbility to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively and follow safety, quality, and production requirementsAbility to adapt to changing production prioritiesWillingness to work overtime as business needs requireWhy Quad?At Quad, you'll do more than manage a shift.
