Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects under the guidance of senior project managers.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Maintain project documentation and ensure that records are accurate and up to date.
Involved in resource management, including labor allocation and equipment scheduling.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the project management team and stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to discussions regarding project timelines and milestones.
Help enforce compliance with safety and quality standards on construction sites.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn.
