BCBA, Home Program
About Hand Over Hand LLC
At Hand Over Hand, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we partner with families to empower children with autism and developmental disabilities. Our work is deeply mission-driven: we’re here to make a difference in the lives of children and their communities.
Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and purpose-filled. We celebrate the growth of our team, of our families, and of ourselves. If you’re passionate about early childhood development and want to do meaningful, hands-on work that truly changes lives, you’ll feel right at home here.
Why This Role Matters
This isn’t just another per-diem BCBA role; it’s an opportunity to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services where life actually happens. As a Home Program BCBA, you’ll provide clinical oversight and treatment planning for clients receiving services in home, school, and community environments, supporting children, adolescents, and adults with diverse needs.

Support real-world skill development: Design programs that promote generalization across home, school, work, and community settings.
Provide clinical leadership: Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure treatment fidelity and ethical practice.
Partner with families and teams: Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary providers to align goals and strategies.
Drive data-based decisions: Analyze behavioral and skill-acquisition data to guide program adjustments and outcomes.
Maintain flexibility and balance: Provide high-impact clinical services while maintaining a schedule that fits your availability.
What You’ll Own & Elevate
