Packaging Role – Immediate Hiring Pay: $15.35 – $19.50 per hour Effex is hiring individuals to package finished products and prepare boxes for shipment. Shift: 1st Shift 2nd Shift 3rd Shift Retention Bonus: $250 payable after 6 months of employment Key Responsibilities: Assemble boxes and packaging materials Pack finished goods into containers Label and prepare products for shipping Inspect packaging for quality Maintain cleanliness and organization Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 lbs consistently Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift (and overtime if applicable) Repetitive hand movements Work in production or warehouse environments Why Work with Effex?
