We specialize in building culturally relevant, high-impact PR strategies that drive visibility, elevate brands, and connect them to the people and moments that matter most.Our team works closely with emerging and established global brands across fashion, accessories, beauty, and lifestyle categories to deliver thoughtful storytelling, strategic press coverage, and culturally relevant brand moments.About the RoleMVPR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Los Angeles office in a hybrid Talent & Press Relations role.This position focuses on both influencer/VIP relations and press outreach — leading talent placement, gifting initiatives, and partnership opportunities, alongside securing editorial coverage across fashion and lifestyle media.The Account Manager will work closely with senior leadership to execute integrated communications strategies, manage key relationships across talent and media, and oversee day-to-day execution across multiple client accounts.ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day influencer and VIP outreach, including talent seeding, gifting initiatives, and partnership coordinationBuild and maintain relationships with influencers, stylists, talent managers, agents, editors, and industry contactsDevelop and execute integrated PR and influencer strategies aligned with client goals and cultural momentsCoordinate and manage gifting programs, paid partnerships, and red carpet opportunitiesManage paid influencer and talent partnerships end-to-end, including negotiation, deliverables, usage, and reportingExecute press outreach across fashion, lifestyle, and digital publications to secure strategic coverageDraft and distribute press materials including pitches, media alerts, and press releasesTrack influencer placements and editorial coverage; oversee reporting and campaign recapsManage sample trafficking through Launchmetrics (or similar platform), including stylist pulls, loans, check-ins, and returnsOversee showroom operations, including appointments, stylist relations, and talent fittingsSupport event execution, including VIP attendance, press moments, and on-site coordinationMonitor industry trends, editorial calendars, and cultural moments to identify timely opportunitiesMentor and support junior team members and internsContribute to client strategy development, reporting, and campaign recapsQualifications4+ years of public relations, talent relations, or influencer marketing experience within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle (agency experience preferred)Strong experience managing influencer and talent relationships, including paid partnershipsProven ability to secure talent placements across red carpets, events, and digital campaignsExisting relationships with stylists, influencers, talent managers, and/or media contactsExperience with affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, etc.) is a plusStrong press pitching experience and understanding of editorial calendarsExperience managing sample trafficking and showroom operations (Launchmetrics preferred)Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-drivenPassion for fashion, media, and cultural storytellingTeam-oriented with strong accountabilityCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.Benefits include:Health benefits401(k) eligibilityPaid time offProfessional growth opportunitiesCollaborative work environment across New York and Los Angeles teamsExposure to leading global fashion and lifestyle brandsOpportunities to participate in events and industry activationsEqual Opportunity EmployerMVPR is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
