Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary Assistant Principal located in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Elementary Assistant Principal supports campus leadership by assisting in the development and implementation of education programs aligned with school goals. Daily responsibilities include supporting teachers and staff, managing student behavior, fostering parent and community engagement, and ensuring compliance with district policies and state educational standards. Additionally, the role involves assisting with professional development opportunities for staff and promoting a safe, inclusive, and collaborative school culture. Qualifications Experience in Educational Leadership, Classroom Management, and Curriculum DevelopmentStrong skills in Organizational Management, Time Management, and Problem-SolvingExcellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Interpersonal SkillsKnowledge of State Educational Standards, Compliance Processes, and Student Behavior Management StrategiesAbility to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment with a focus on equityMaster's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field (preferred)Texas Principal Certification or eligibility to obtain itExperience working in elementary education or a similar leadership role in K-12 settings
