Accounts Payable Clerk

Enterprise Electronics Corporation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for its manufacturing facility located in Enterprise, Alabama. The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. Duties:Manage Accounts Payable process from receipt of invoices to check printing/wire transfers Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues Communicate with vendors regarding status of their account, either in writing or verbally Assist with General Ledger reconciliations and analysis at month-end Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equivalent Two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience Skills & AbilitiesProficiency in Excel is preferred Knowledge of MAPICS/INFOR ERP system is desired Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k Vacation, sick leave, and holiday For 50 years, ENTERPRISE ELECTRONICS CORPORATION has been a turnkey solution provider of weather detection systems.
