This partnership reflects our commitment to advancing the field of gynecologic oncology and ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and driven Gynecologic Oncologist to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive care to gynecologic oncology patients through both clinical and surgical expertise.Responsibilities include:Performing a balanced mix of clinic and surgical dutiesOperating primarily within Albuquerque's two major health systemsUtilizing Da Vinci robotics across affiliated hospitalsSupervising and collaborating with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Registered Nurses for office care, rounds, surgery, and first callParticipating in clinical research programs, with opportunities to serve as Principal Investigator and contribute to publicationsQualificationsBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Gynecologic OncologyExpertise in robotic surgery and minimally invasive gynecologic proceduresStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsPassion for patient-focused careAbility to thrive in a high-volume, collaborative, and efficient practice environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $350,000 - $750,000 per yearBenefits Include:401(k)Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceLife Insurance6-8 weeks of vacation/PTO annually$10,000 professional expense reimbursementAccess to a full AI gym suite, recovery modalities, group fitness classes, and body composition trackingActive involvement in clinical trials with opportunities to publish and serve as Principal InvestigatorWork-Life BalanceEnjoy a 4-5 day work week in a region boasting 310 days of sunshine, a mild, dry climate, and access to year-round outdoor recreation including skiing, hiking, and mountain climbing.
