Travel Pharmacist in Tulsa, OK

Pharmacist Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: - Duration: Direct Hire Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (on call; rotating shifts) Hours per Shift: 40.00 Experience: Three (3) - four (4) years of related experience License: State Board of Pharmacy license or eligible for License Reciprocity Certifications: Preferred Certified Specialty Pharmacist within six (6) months of meeting experiential requirements Must-Have: Graduation from an accredited school of Pharmacy Good organizational, verbal and writing skills Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Team player, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, effective verbal skills to influence job performance and team building Description: Provide leadership and direction to pharmacy staff to ensure operational efficiency and service goals are met. Serve as an example for job performance expectations. Develop policies and procedures to support productivity and promote a positive work environment. Serve as a representative of pharmacy services on multi-disciplinary committees and workgroups. Complete work schedules and monitor staff compliance with department and organizational standards. Participate in department human resource functions such as interviews, orientation, training, appraisals, counseling, discipline, and staff work schedules. Review all medication variance reports and allergy interaction reports to determine appropriate follow-up actions. Implement corrective actions and communicate them to pharmacy staff and personnel. Perform staff pharmacist's drug distribution functions as needed. Provide operational support by participating in special projects such as policy and procedure updates and workload reports. Assist with formulary management to assure cost-effective availability of agents. Maintain and update relevant databases. Receive feedback from and communicate changes to personnel to assure optimum patient care processes are maintained. Participate on standing or ad hoc inter-disciplinary committees to assist in the integration of pharmacy services. Provide updates regarding staffing concerns, service issues, performance issues, and clinical activities performed by staff pharmacists and technicians. Carry out non-routine procedures under constantly changing conditions, in conformance with general instructions from the supervisor. Supervise and prepare performance evaluations for a team of pharmacy staff. Work collaboratively with internal and external customers and other healthcare professionals. This position is high visibility and expected to contribute to the growth and operational excellence of pharmacy services.
