Role Description The Territory Service Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for providing exceptional customer and dealer support for Krone’s agricultural equipment within the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include building relationships with dealers, offering technical assistance and training, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues, and ensuring efficient service delivery. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to address customer needs and enhance product satisfaction. Regular travel within the designated territory will be required to provide hands-on support and training. This role demands a proactive, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills. Qualifications Technical expertise in agricultural equipment, including knowledge of disc mowers, rotary tedders, rakes, and forage harvestersExperience in customer support and dealer relationship managementStrong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct training sessions and provide technical guidanceEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in computer systems and service-related technologiesFlexibility to travel frequently within the designated territoryBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in agriculture, mechanical engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of the agricultural industry and familiarity with Krone’s product range is a plus
