Key Responsibilities Create a learning environment that facilitates students' acquisition of knowledge and skills Align course activities with student learning outcomes and provide timely feedback on assignments Deliver instruction and conduct assessments of student learning, adhering to college policies Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering or a Master's with 18 graduate semester hours in Engineering Experience teaching Introduction to Engineering, preferably at the community college level Preference for candidates qualified to teach physics Knowledge of learning management systems such as CANVAS Proven teaching strategies that promote student success and sufficient technology skills
