As our electrical division continues to grow , we are seeking a strong field leader to drive performance, quality, and accountability on our job sites.About the RoleWe are looking for a Licensed Electrical Superintendent with strong commercial construction experience to oversee field operations and lead crews on active job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors and project teams.You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with code and safety standards .What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceCompany truck + gas card + toll tagCompany phone, iPad, and laptopFull-time, long-term project pipelineLeadership role with opportunity to help build and grow the electrical divisionSupportive executive team and strong company backingKey ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily field operations for commercial electrical projectsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsPerform and verify material take-offs and assist with procurement planningEnsure all work meets NEC code requirements and project specificationsCoordinate directly with General Contractors, project managers, and other tradesAttend and actively participate in job site meetingsOrganize, schedule, and line out field crews for daily productionMonitor productivity, manpower, and job progress to meet project timelinesEnforce job site safety standards and company policiesMentor and develop electricians and apprentices in the fieldRequired QualificationsActive Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)Proven experience in commercial electrical constructionExperience in a supervisory or foreman-level roleStrong understanding of NEC code and compliance requirementsAbility to read plans and perform material take-offsStrong communication skills with ability to manage GC relationshipsValid Texas driver's license with clean driving recordPreferred (Not Required)OSHA 30 CertificationExperience with large-scale commercial, municipal, or school projectsExperience building or scaling a field teamWho We're Looking ForA leader from the front who can drive production and accountabilitySomeone who communicates clearly with both field teams and project stakeholdersA superintendent who takes pride in delivering clean, code-compliant workA professional who wants to grow with a company and build something long-termWhy Mechanical Partners Inc.?At Mechanical Partners Inc., we empower our field leaders with the tools, support, and autonomy to succeed.
