Program Manager

Responsibilities Manage delivery of initiatives across internal content planning and production systems Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across IT, product, UX, and business teams Track progress against product goals (adoption, engagement, satisfaction, business outcomes) Engage stakeholders across multiple levels and functions to align on priorities and outcomes Facilitate working sessions, requirements workshops, and sprint ceremonies Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools Partner closely with a Product Owner (offshore) to strengthen requirements quality and improve backlog hygiene Requirements 5–7+ years in program/project management, product operations, or related role Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product delivery Strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder management Experience with tools like JIRA Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
