We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and management capabilities. This includes managing maintenance crews - setting goals for the crews, tracking their progress, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring their efficiency. In addition, this position would be responsible for communicating with and fostering strong relationships with clients - their needs and goals.DutiesLead and supervise a team of maintenance staff in daily operations, ensuring high standards of performance and safetyDevelop and implement maintenance schedules for landscape upkeep, coordinating with tree care, projects, and irrigation systemsConduct regular inspections of grounds to assess the condition of landscapes and identify areas needing attention or improvementManage inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are maintained in good working orderTrain staff on best practices for landscape maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment usageCollaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities that align with organizational goalsQualificationsProven leadership experience in a maintenance or landscaping roleStrong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, groundskeeping, tree care, and irrigation techniquesAbility to build effective teams through supervision and trainingExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailStrong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departmentsA passion for maintaining outdoor spaces that enhance the environmentWhy Us?Feeling of a family owned business with room for growth and advancementOpportunity to collaborate and implement your own ideas and systemsAbility to build supportive relationships with coworkersCompany has strong values and focuses on honesty, integrity, and kindnessJ-18808-Ljbffr
