Paid Media Manager
We’re looking for a true performance marketing operator — someone who lives inside ad platforms and knows how to drive real business results.This is not a strategy-only role. We want someone who can build, optimize, and scale campaigns directly in-platform.🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:Own execution across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and moreBuild campaigns end-to-end (campaign setup → optimization → scaling)Manage budgets, pacing, and performance tied to ROAS, CPA, and revenueTest creatives, audiences, and funnel strategies to drive growthAnalyze performance and make real-time optimizations✅ What We’re Looking For:2+ years hands-on paid media experience (MUST be executing inside platforms)Experience managing campaigns tied to purchases / revenue (not just awareness)Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, conversion optimizationExperience with eCommerce / DTC / consumer brands (MUST)
