Salary commensurate with experience*Overview:Location: RemoteSalary: $95 - $115/hourWe are seeking a Power Platform / Dynamics 365 SME who will support our NYS client to provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and solution design support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.This role will help teams evaluate requirements, recommend low-code/no-code solutions, optimize configurations, and support automation workflows, integrations, documentation, and demonstrations. The ideal candidate is an experienced Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 professional with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to advise on technical solutions, and comfort supporting teams in an as-needed SME capacity.Duties: Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) to support ad hoc consultation, troubleshooting, and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platforms.Provide guidance to internal teams on best practices, configurations, and optimization within Power Platform tools and Dynamics modules.Support the review or development of low code solutions, automation workflows, and integrated data models that leverage both Power Platform and Dynamics capabilitiesParticipate in working sessions or reviews on an as-needed basis.Assist with light documentation, prototyping, or demonstrations to support decision making or implementation planning.Mandatory Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree10+ years of IT related experience2+ years of supervisory experience4+ years of experience working in Microsoft Power Platform suite, including power apps and power automate.2+ years of recent with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its core modules, including configuration and customization.Ability to design, advise on, and support low code / no-code solutions and automate workflows.Comfortable interpreting evolving business requirements and recommending effective technical solutions.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide ad hoc consultation and troubleshooting support.Experience supporting deployment processes, environment management, or integration with other systems is a plus.Desirable Qualifications: Certification - MB-600: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or equivalentCloud and Things complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
