If you want autonomy, high standards, and a team that backs you properly — keep reading.What you'll be doingHeadhunting and recruiting high‐performing sales professionals (BDRs/SDRs through BDMs, Sales Leaders, and specialist GTM roles) across Staffing, IT Consulting, and HR TechOwning the end‐to‐end recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, offer management, and closeBuilding trusted relationships with candidates and clients — we believe recruitment is about people, not just placementsWorking remote‐first with real flexibility and autonomy (no micromanagement — just strong support, tools, and clear expectations)(Optional / a plus) Supporting full‐desk / 360 recruiting: client development, account management, and expanding existing accountsWhat we're looking for (non‐negotiables)Agency recruitment experience — required (this is non‐negotiable)3+ years recruiting experience, including placing sales talentConfident sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, creative headhunting)Strong attention to detail — you're organised, accurate, and you follow throughSelf‐motivated and proactive: you take ownership, not instructionsProfessional, high‐trust communication with candidates and clientsNice to haveFull‐desk / 360 experienceExperience recruiting into staffing agencies, workforce providers, IT consulting firms, or HR techWhy bubb / BubbRedRemote‐first: work from anywhere in the mainland USA growing US brand with real traction in defined nichesHigh standards, modern tools, and a team that cares about quality20 days PTOCompetitive compensation + room to grow with the business as we scale in 2026Ready to join BubbRed?
