Ground Crew/Site janitor

Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Ground Crew/Site Janitor position based in Norman, Oklahoma. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of Reaves Park baseball and softball grounds and facilities. Duties involve routine collecting and disposing of trash, helping clean bathrooms, and ensuring the outdoor areas are well-maintained. The role may also require responding to immediate cleaning or field maintenance needs as they arise and coordinating with other staff members to support park operations.QualificationsBasic computer literacy to manage documentation or communicate via email when required.Familiarity with equipment, tools, or operations related to grounds maintenance and facility upkeep is a plus.Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. This will include collecting waste, emptying trashcans, cleaning bathrooms, and helping keep the fields in optimal condition.Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment for students, staff, and visitors.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience working with kids and young adults is a plus, previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
