Responsibilities: * Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). * Monitor and document client progress, ensuring data collection is accurate and timely. * Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community. * Assist in the development of social skills and communication strategies. * Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behaviors. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development. * Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families. * Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred. * Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client success. * Willingness to undergo background checks and training as required. * Basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. * Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various hours.
