Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Residential Real Estate Agent based in Suffield, CT, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property showings, developing marketing strategies, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets. The agent will also build strong relationships with clients to provide personalized and professional support throughout the real estate transaction process. Qualifications Valid Real Estate License requiredExperience in Residential Real Estate and general Real Estate practicesProven skills in New Home Sales and Sales, with an ability to generate leads and close dealsStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in real estate market analysis and industry toolsAbility to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environmentReliable transportation and willingness to travel locallyFamiliarity with Suffield, CT, and surrounding areas is a plus
