Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Williamstown, MA. This contract role involves working primarily with students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade at an elementary school.Key Responsibilities:Provide speech-language assessments and therapy to students in grades pre-K to 5thDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progressMaintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulationsUtilize evidence-based practices to improve communication skills in studentsQualifications and Experience:Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferredExperience working as an SLP in school settingsStrong knowledge of speech and language development in childhoodAbility to work with various speech disabilities and communication disordersOpen to working with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)Location:Williamstown, MassachusettsThis position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment with a diverse caseload focusing on early childhood through elementary-aged students.
