If you're looking for real growth, a better culture, or feel like you're not being paid what you're worth, this is the kind of opportunity you want to explore.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise the construction process from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, including OSHA 30 guidelines.Coordinate tenant improvement projects, focusing on retail and fast food establishments, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants.Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.Manage RFIs and changes to scope while maintaining project integrity and client satisfaction.Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically in tenant improvements for retail and fast food sectors.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices, including experience with OSHA 30 certifications.Familiarity with project management software such as Procore and other construction-related technologies.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience with occupied building projects, open store remodels, and retrofitting is a plus.BenefitsSalary $115K-$150k DOEHealth Benefits Package401k, Vehicle Allowance and Gas CardCompany Issued Cell PhoneLaptopVacationSick Time
