Expectations would be a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.Our services include valuation, tax, engineering, and financial consulting for the purposes of financial reporting, tax reporting, property insurance, transaction advisory, litigation support, and financing. Some of the more common valuation products include the following: purchase price allocations, liquidation valuations, tax valuations, property insurance valuations, expert witness reports and testimony.In addition, we provide specialty tax consulting and transaction due diligence services. These services include providing utility sales tax exemption studies, obsolete inventory studies, capex and maintenance studies, replacement cost new (RCN) studies, lead time analysis, and property tax consulting. These services are typically provided in the form of a detailed narrative report addressing the service provided.A Real Estate Valuation Analyst in Advisory Services works within a team environment to assist in providing real estate valuation, consulting and other advisory services to clients of all types.ESSENTIAL DUTIESReview, analyze and interpret client provided financials and physical property dataResearch and analyze real estate markets, economics, public records, and sale and lease dataAssists in the development of valuation models and understands how to utilize the valuation techniques such as the sales, income and cost approaches when performing on valuation engagementsCreate statistical models and exhibits that show the engagement conclusions, assumptions and calculations which will ultimately be included in every report to be delivered to clients and all workpapersParticipates in management interviews with the subject company to gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interactionParticipate in inspections of real estate when requiredReport Writing - Presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise mannerRecord Keeping - Documenting all pertinent data used in analysisEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSBachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or similar from an accredited college/universityAbility to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environmentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsValid driver's licenseExcellent knowledge of MS Excel operationsDemonstrated strong level of computer skills to include, Microsoft Office applications, as well as other office software products in a Windows environmentWHY GA GROUP?Growth opportunities with training and internal path to promotionEncouragement to contribute your valuable ideas to improve our company, products, and servicesRegular communication with senior management of companies in a wide range of industries, providing frequent opportunities to expand your business knowledge.Healthy work-life balance with hybrid position, allowing for both remote work and in-person interaction and collaboration
