Responsibilities may include site preparation, material handling, planting, grading, hardscape assistance, equipment operation, and general landscape installation tasks.Landscape Maintenance CrewHelp maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other landscape maintenance duties while ensuring client properties remain clean and professional year-round.General ResponsibilitiesSafely operate landscape equipment and toolsWork collaboratively with crew leaders and team membersPerform assigned tasks with quality and attention to detailMaintain a positive and professional attitude on job sitesLearn and develop landscaping skills using company software and systemsFollow all safety procedures and company standardsIdeal Qualifications & SkillsLandscaping experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and willingness to learnTeam-oriented mindsetKnowledge of landscape equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers is a plusAbility to perform physically demanding workSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNonePhysical DemandsThis position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
