About Polymath RoboticsPolymath builds autonomy software for off-highway vehicles, powering real deployments in agriculture, defense, and industrial sectors. As our customer base grows, we need sharp operators who can own complex programs end-to-end, manage executive level client relationships, and keep things running smoothly.The RoleAs an Associate on the Program Management team, you will own the execution and health of 4 to 6 active customer programs at a time. You’ll drive timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across engineering, support, and leadership to make sure everyone is rowing in the same direction.What You’ll DoTrack and manage timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple customer programsKeep shared tools like Asana, Notion, and internal dashboards up to dateSupport internal and customer meetings with agendas, notes, and follow-upsMonitor progress on technical tasks and escalate risks or blockers as neededCoordinate cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, and leadershipDraft slides, summaries, and visuals for weekly updates and milestone reviewsOrganize logistics for field testing and ensure teams are prepared for on-site reviewsMaintain documentation and internal records needed for successful executionPreferred Background & ToolsWhat we’re looking for:5 to 7 years of experience in consulting, technical program management, customer success, or deployment operationsDemonstrated experience owning client-facing programs or enterprise customer relationshipsComfort working alongside engineering teams in technical environmentsProven ability to manage multiple complex projects at onceExperience navigating ambiguity and building structure where none existsFamiliarity With The Following Tools Is a Plus Google Slides (for presentation creation and updates) Google Sheets (for tracking timelines, deliverables, and status) Asana or similar project management platforms (for day-to-day coordination)This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA (3 days a week in office). Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area.
