PEPM Group is seeking a Process Engineer / Project Engineer with experience in food-processing facility and production-line design. The ideal candidate will have strong experience sizing, selecting, and designing conveyor and material-handling systems. This is full time on site position in Fayetteville, AR or Tulsa, OK
*Responsibilities*
* Design food-processing and material-handling systems.
* Size and select conveyors based on product type, capacity, speed, accumulation, sanitation, and operating requirements.
* Develop process flow diagrams, equipment layouts, specifications, and calculations.
* Coordinate processing equipment and conveyors with structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, vendors, and client communications.
* Support site assessments, construction, commissioning, and plant startup.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering.
* Five or more years of relevant food-processing engineering experience.
* Experience with conveyor design, equipment layouts, line balancing, and production throughput.
* Knowledge of sanitary design and food-safety requirements.
* Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* AutoCAD and Revit experience required.
* USDA-regulated facility experience are required.
* Ability to travel to client and project sites as needed.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
