Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Houseman to join our hospitality team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest areas, service spaces, and exterior environments. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and service spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal Assist with furniture arrangement, linen changes, and replenishing supplies in guest rooms and common areas Support the housekeeping team with janitorial tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and detailed surface sanitation Ensure exterior cleanliness by maintaining outdoor walkways, entrances, parking lots, and landscaped areas Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage Collaborate with hotel staff to promptly address guest requests or special cleaning needs Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Proven janitorial or custodial experience in industrial or commercial settings is advantageous Familiarity with floor care techniques including polishing and stripping floors Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus Knowledge of hotel operations or housekeeping management practices is beneficial Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward cleanliness standards Join us to help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring every space shines!
