Our technology team is actively investing in AI to drive operational efficiency and smarter execution across the company.━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT YOU'LL DO━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━🔍 Workflow Discovery & Optimization• Partner with teams across departments to observe, document, and analyze current workflows• Identify friction points, bottlenecks, and repetitive tasks• Recommend AI-driven improvements that are practical and immediately useful⚙️ AI Implementation & Integration• Implement AI-enabled workflows using SaaS tools, automation platforms, and no-code/low-code systems• Build prompt frameworks, automation templates, and structured workflows• Collaborate with IT leadership on integrations, data flow, and system alignment🔬 Tool Evaluation & Strategy• Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and integrations• Provide clear, business-focused recommendations for adoption• Stay current on the evolving AI landscape while focusing on what is actionable and relevant📚 Training & Enablement• Train teams on newly implemented AI workflows• Develop internal documentation, prompt libraries, and usage guides• Ensure sustained adoption and proper use of deployed solutions📊 Impact Measurement• Track and report on efficiency gains, time savings, and quality improvements• Continuously refine workflows based on performance and feedback━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━• 1–3 years of experience in workflow automation, process improvement, or applied AI integration• Strong understanding of the current AI landscape including LLMs, prompt engineering, and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Zapier, or Make• Experience with no-code or low-code tools and basic API integrations• Ability to translate business needs into practical, AI-powered solutions• Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and present clear recommendations• A builder mindset with a focus on execution over theoryPreferred Experience:• Experience with orchestration or automation platforms such as LangChain, n8n, or Dify• Background in creating internal documentation or knowledge systems• Experience working in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment• Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or high-growth companies━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━This is not a machine learning engineering position.
