We have been serving learners for almost 40 years and have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and a 5-star Google rating. We were awarded 2024 Best of Delaware - Tutoring Center - Upstate recognition.What are we looking for?Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking an in-person English Language Learning academic support tutor to work with high school students developing their command of the English language.Location: Wilmington, DE 19804Type: IN PERSONSchedule: Flexible; Must have availability between 7:30 - 2:00 pm two days a week for scheduling purposesHours: Scheduling 6- 8 hours a weekDescription: One-on-one or small group instruction JOB REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, not including student teachingMust have 2 years of experience working with English Language Learning studentsA minimum of Bachelor’s DegreeExperience developing lessons and monitoring progressDocumentation of attendance and material covered neededOrganization skillsEffective communication skills - both verbal and writtenCandidate should travel no more than 30 minutes for this positionBy submitting my application, I certify that the information I have provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
