AEM Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite

Employment Type: W2 Contract Only

Pay Rate: $50-$55/hour (All-inclusive maximum)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Java/J2EE development to build and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java/J2EE.Develop and manage AEM workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations. Work with core AEM technologies, including Oak, Sling, Dispatcher, and Lucene Indexing. Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions. Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, and Selenium. Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support. Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, UX, and DevOps teams. Prepare technical documentation and communicate solutions effectively. Work independently and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications: 5-10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).5-10 years of strong Java/J2EE development experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AEM projects. Strong experience with AEM Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, and Lucene Indexing. Good understanding of Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher. Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, Selenium, and CI/CD processes. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
