Manager, PMO & Strategic Execution

What's the job?We are looking for a Manager, Roofing PMO to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a diverse portfolio of strategic and operational initiatives. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring that high-priority work across the business is executed effectively and aligned with leadership priorities.You will lead the development and evolution of the PMO—establishing standards, governance, and operating rhythms that help teams move from ambiguity and competing priorities to clear decisions and consistent progress. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you will provide a transparent view of portfolio performance, highlighting risks, dependencies, and where focus is needed most.This role blends hands-on project leadership with portfolio-level oversight. You will directly lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives while also enabling others through coaching, tools, and best practices.
