Bartender
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a bar or restaurant setting
- Proficient in sales, time management, and math skills
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service and hospitality skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines
