Senior Controls Project Engineer (BAS / HVAC)

The Role You’ll be the on-site project lead , responsible for delivering multiple building integrations from start to finish. Hybrid setup: 2 days WFH (planning, coordination, reporting) What You’ll Do: Own full project delivery from mobilisation through commissioning Manage subcontractors (primarily electricians), ensuring quality, safety, and timelines Lead panel startup, point-to-point commissioning, and system validation Coordinate schedules, materials, and multiple live projectsAct as the primary client contact during delivery Ensure successful integration between building systems and platform You’ll typically manage: 5–10 projects in your pipeline 3–5 active installs at any one time What’s Essential Project management experience within BAS / controls / HVAC Subcontractor management experience in the field Strong BMS/BAS controls background Hands-on commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Niagara experience is beneficial, not essential.
