A company is looking for a Client Service Center Associate in Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat from banking and wealth management clients
Educate clients on products and services, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information
Maintain knowledge of financial services and internal systems to support client needs effectively
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in business customer service or accounting/bookkeeping preferred
1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
Proven adaptability to a fast-paced, technology-centered environment
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
