Job Title: Content Producer Location: Hybrid, Irvine, CA (3 days onsite per week, Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday; shoot days scheduled around project availability) Start Date: ASAP (Target: June 24th) Duration: 6 month C2H Compensation Range: $70 - $80 / hour W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: The Content Producer will own end-to-end production across multiple content types, serving as the creative and operational driver behind high-quality, performance-focused content that communicates product value to consumers. Job Summary Lead full lifecycle production across multiple concurrent projects, including broadcast, OTT, paid social, and digital content Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Engineering, and Operations teams throughout all production phases Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and crew hiring to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Oversee pre-production setup including contracts, scheduling, and shoot logistics, through on-set execution and post-production workflows Translate technical product features into compelling, consumer-first storytelling by developing deep expertise in assigned products and categories Conduct competitive and category research to inform creative strategy and synthesize insights into scripts, storyboards, and production decisions Ensure final deliverables meet all quality, technical, and distribution requirements while maintaining clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders Minimum Requirements: 5 years of experience in content production within an agency, in-house studio, or production company environment Proven track record producing commercial, digital, or branded content from concept through final delivery Strong understanding of end-to-end video production workflows, from pre-production through post Experience managing budgets, production timelines, and external vendors and freelance crew Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-output environments Experience setting up systems and workflows utilizing AI technology tools Preferred Qualifications: Background in consumer products content, with familiarity in producing product-focused or demo-driven video Ability to anticipate production risks proactively and offer solutions before issues escalate Comfort working hands-on and independently, wearing multiple hats without waiting for direction Experience collaborating directly with directors, DPs, and editors to guide creative decisions on set and in post
