Qualification

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help transform data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to business and technical stakeholders.
The role will involve analyzing business data, developing reports and dashboards, identifying trends and patterns, and supporting planning and forecasting activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
What You'll Bring:
Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong SQL skills with experience querying data in BigQuery / Google Cloud.
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
Understanding of predictive data modeling and statistical analysis.
Experience with planning and forecasting methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform.
Experience building forecasting models and business performance metrics.
Experience working with large datasets and developing automated reporting solutions.
Knowledge of data visualization and business intelligence best practices.

What You'll Do:
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business insights.
Develop and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Write efficient and complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data using BigQuery / Google Cloud.
Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, modeling, and ad-hoc business analysis.
Develop and maintain predictive data models to support business decision-making.
Perform data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support planning and forecasting processes through quantitative analysis and historical trend evaluation.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful metrics.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Automate recurring analytical processes using Python where appropriate.
Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to improve data availability, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes through data-driven insights and automation.
