Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pack House Manager based in Immokalee, FL. The Pack House Manager will oversee daily operations in the packing facility, including coordinating packing schedules, ensuring product quality, managing inventory, and supervising staff to optimize efficiency. The role will also involve maintaining compliance with food safety standards, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet operational goals. Effective organization, leadership, and communication are critical to this role. Qualifications Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and workflows in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of quality control processes, food safety standards, and compliance regulations within the agricultural sectorProficiency in inventory management, logistics planning, and schedulingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff coordination and problem resolutionFamiliarity with pack house equipment and operational proceduresAbility to adapt to varying seasonal workloads, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining product qualityBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field is preferredExperience in the produce industry or similar fields is a plus
