The Clinical Support BH representative works remotely with a team in a fast-paced environment. The team manages requests from client hospitals and clinicians providing support to ensure excellence in patient care. The team assists with the preparation of the patients for dispatch. The primary goal is to follow the company's care philosophy which is to improve patient outcomes by reducing the time to encounter.What You'll DoEffectively communicate with hospital clinical staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely and efficient patient careCourteously answer all incoming calls to the consult center and accurately take down patient informationEffectively communicate with clinical specialists to ensure timely, efficient and satisfactory results; this includes coordinating paperwork, ensure images uploaded from client hospitals to VidiStar, setting up video conferencing exam-units and testing connectionsEnsure courteous and respectful handling of all inbound and outbound phone calls from/to employees, clients and clinical specialistsProvide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and to company physiciansFacilitate and confirm timely hand off to Tier 2 IT supportReport any failure of SLA or company goals or conflicts to supervisor immediatelySome work is completed without established proceduresOther tasks as neededWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification RequiredAt least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or ITStrong communications skills (written and oral) as well as demonstrate the ability to work effectively across departmentsDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systemsAbility to learn software and systemsHave excellent phone/customer service skills along with high attention to detailEnthusiastic about being on the forefront of healthcare and impacting patient lives positivelyFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systemsAbility to excel in a remote work setting, high growth and fast paced organizationWork Environment:Remote based environmentThis is a full-time position; est. 40 hours weekThe consult coordination center operates 24/7 and does require weekends and holidays.Frequent speaking and listening using a headsetSitting for an extended period of timeExtended periods of time looking at computer monitorRepetitive use of hands/fingers across keyboardHigh growth, fast paced organizationMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the timeWhy Join Access TeleCare100% Remote WorkHealth Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision)Comprehensive benefits — health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)Paid Time Off, Sick Leave— we value performance and balanceCulture of ownership, transparency, and results — where the best ideas riseDirectly impact patient access nationwideAbout our recruitment process: We don't expect a perfect fit for every requirement we've outlined.
