A company is looking for a SPOC Supervisor to oversee operations and manage staff in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the SPOC unit and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Coach and develop staff while managing daily operations and handling escalated borrower calls
Compile data for reporting and ensure performance objectives are met within the department
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years of supervisory experience preferred
2 years of collections, legal, or bankruptcy work experience required
Knowledgeable in scheduling and volume forecasting
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
