Job Title: Techno-Functional Business Analyst - P&C Insurance Location: New Jersey (NJ)Employment Type: Contract / Full-TimeExperience: 10+ YearsDomain: Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver insurance technology solutions and business process improvements. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC lifecycle.Analyze P&C insurance processes including Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Billing, and Rating systems.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement discussions.Support Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, user stories, and UAT coordination.Collaborate on API integrations, data mapping, and system enhancement initiatives.Prepare BRD, FRD, workflows, process documents, and reports. Required Skills 10+ years of Business Analyst experience in P&C Insurance domain.Strong techno-functional expertise with excellent analytical skills.Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar insurance platforms is preferred.Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data analysis.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Qualifications Insurance certifications or CBAP certification preferred.Experience in digital transformation and cloud-based insurance solutions is a plus.
