CSET/Lead Engineer with Security Clearance
Lead Engineer – NCRC Eglin SiteThe Lead Engineer will provide technical leadership for day-to-day operations at NCRC Eglin Site, directing all engineering efforts while ensuring technical performance, engineering costs, and schedules are met. The role includes serving as the Contractor's technical spokesperson, advising the Government on schedule, budget, and technical priorities, and collaborating with event planners, users, and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all engineering activities for NCRC Eglin Site operations.Ensure technical performance, engineering cost, and schedule targets are achieved.Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders and advise the government on priorities.Act as the Contractor's technical spokesperson for projects and programs.Advise Event Directors and Event Designers on capabilities to meet test/training event requirements.Manage logistics, balance resources across multiple competing priorities, and maintain controlled engineering baselines.Required Qualifications12+ years of proven experience in technical management overseeing complex, multi-team projects.Active Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.Direct experience with software development and requirements management.Proven experience leading teams to develop new and existing products, solutions, and processes.Intermediate knowledge of enterprise IT concepts, architectures, and systems (compute, network, storage).Basic knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies.Experience managing a data center of similar or larger scale.Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express technical ideas to senior decision makers.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Experience working on government programs with controlled engineering baselines.Familiarity with cyber range tools, deployment and configuration automation, monitoring, and traffic generation.Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer and information sciences, engineering, mathematics, management information systems, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.Desired QualificationsMaster's degree with a focus in computer science or a related discipline.15+ years of proven experience in technical management.Experience managing remote and distributed teams.Working knowledge of cyber testing or training.Intermediate knowledge of cybersecurity, including common risks to IT systems.BenefitsGreat health benefits.Leadership training.401(k) with generous company matching.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).Career professional development.Tuition reimbursement.Flexible hours.Work/life balance.Rewards and recognition.Paid Time Off.Parental Leave.Equal Employment OpportunityCommand Post Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
