This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive financial accuracy, reporting, and process improvements within a growing organization.Key Responsibilities - ControllerOversee general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end close processesManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal controlsSupervise accounting staff and support team developmentCoordinate audits and work with external auditors and tax advisorsProvide financial insights and recommendations to leadershipQualifications - ControllerBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systemsProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
