Job Posting Tech will:Conduct a comprehensive on-site audit of all conference rooms and related AV systems.Document root causes of the issues listed below.Provide actionable recommendations and quotes for remediation or replacement.Identify any obsolete or failing equipment.Deliver a written report summarizing findings, proposed fixes, and modernization opportunities.Prose HQ Brooklyn, NY (2 Floors) (10 Grand Street 8TH FLOOR Brooklyn, NY 11249)Mango Butter & Beech Rooms: Zoom systems require daily resets; identify root cause and implement a sustainable fix.Eucalyptus Room: Test and verify microphone functionality (at least one is reported as nonfunctional).Coconut Room: Adjust sound bar volume levels; currently excessively loud beyond typical control.All Hands Area:o Adjust Zoom layout and address Google Meeting save issues.o Resolve audio and microphone inconsistencies.General Audit: Identify obsolete or underperforming equipment and recommend updates.Coconut Room TVs: TVs show white streaks; previously assessed by SirVis as likely failingplease confirm status and recommend next steps.Note: Four out of five conference rooms have assigned technical resources on site.Liberty View (2 Floors) (850 3rd Ave. Suite 401 Brooklyn, NY11232)Zoom tablets not syncing meeting schedules or displaying current bookings.Incorrect time displayed on tablets; unable to adjust due to locked PINs.No speaker view option available for single-screen Zoom setups.Users must manually enter Zoom IDs for every meeting.5th-floor microphones provide inadequate coveragerequire evaluation and recommendation.DeliverablesFull audit report with findings, remediation options, and estimated costs.Photos or documentation of hardware configurations (as applicable).Recommendations for modernization or hardware replacement (if needed).Estimated timeline for completion.
