We are looking for an experienced RNAC to join our amazing nursing team! RNAC Responsibilities: Development, coordination and completion of resident assessments Preparation of the MDS report generation and analysis Data transmission and development of care plans Assuring compliance with Federal and State regulations governing long term care Working closely with the inter-disciplinary team RNAC Qualifications: Active RN license Minimum of 2 years of RNAC experience in long-term care knowledge of MDS Assessment process, Medicare and long-term care federal and state regulations experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, MDS completion, clinical resource utilization and/or case management is highly desirable RNAC Benefits: 401k On Demand Pay (up to daily) Tuition Assistance Free smartphone and cellular plan including unlimited talk, text, and data Medical benefits available 1st day of the month after hire date AFLAC RAC-CT certification preferred.
