Databento is looking for a customer support specialist focused on financial trading APIs. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer issues, helping resolve inquiries related to API usage and integration. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in technical support or engineering and is proficient in Python. Experience with troubleshooting tools and technical communication is a plus.
