This role involves promoting innovative solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and a passion for improving clinical outcomes through technology.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within healthcare organizationsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsCollaborate with product and clinical teams to align customer needs with product capabilitiesAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetsIdentify and engage prospective clients including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and insurance organizationsPresent and demonstrate AI-driven healthcare solutions, clearly articulating value propositions and ROIBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, clinicians, and IT leadersManage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and closingCollaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needsStay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and AI advancementsMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting in CRM systemsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or AI solutionsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (providers, payers, EHR systems, compliance standards such as HIPAA)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to translate complex AI/technical concepts into clear business valuePreferred Qualifications Experience selling to hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systemsFamiliarity with clinical workflows, EHR systems, or medical documentation processesBackground in health-tech, AI, or digital health solutionsExperience working with long enterprise sales cyclesKey Competencies Strategic thinking and problem-solvingRelationship building and stakeholder managementTechnical aptitude and curiosity about AI innovationsResilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer Competitive base salary + commission structureFlexible work environmentProfessional development opportunitiesOpportunity to shape the future of AI in healthcarePowered by JazzHR
